Tiddly Inks

You may remember that earlier this month, I screwed my courage to the sticking point, and posted an application to join the Tiddly Inks Design Team.

Would you believe I had this card sitting, finished, on my desk for 3 full days, before I finally submitted it?  I umm-ed and aaah-ed and spent ages comparing my finished project to all the fantastic cards that had already been submitted.  I was completely filled with self-doubt – and I don’t like not doing well!!  On the other hand, I feel like I’ve reached a point where I need to push myself on to the next level to carry 0n developing, otherwise I’ll just coast along, and sometimes it better to be a very small fish in a very big pond (if you get my drift!).

Well, the results were posted over the weekend…  And while I didn’t make the team this time around, I was delighted to have made it into Cristy’s list of Top 25 designers!  Thank you!!  It was such a boost to read the lovely comments that were posted about my card too.  Congratulations to all the Top 25 and, of course, the new design team members!
